I was only kidding about that. They are actually a PITA to install! I totally agree. I had the same problems when I put the Bullitt pedals in my '96. Only at that time I also installed a whole new accelerator pedal assembly. That was fun too.
These new Shelby GT500 pedals do look nice. The stock black rubber covers were really pretty drab.

I use this all the time for interior work as well. Actually. because of the size of the auto brake pedal, I don't think you will have the same difficuly as us manual guys...

Does the accelearator just stick on or is there some rubber around the lip that slips around the old pedal?
My main concern would be the fit of the accelerator pedal? Does it fit right under the CDC? Please describe.
Also, are the E-Bay pedals identical? Link?

I got my pedal covers on ebay and I think it was by the company that made them for CDC. Nice improvement to the interior and the tool that is pictured will help the install go smoother. The brake cover for me was the hardest.
