Someone mentioned earlier that the pedals are smaller than our 05 pedals? Is this true or will they be making them the same size as our stock ones??

THanks!

I was just checking their website, and they've added a section for 2005+ Mustangs.

Dumb question... What is a dead pedal? Is that the carpeted left foot rest in the auto? Also, is that the same thing as what the ultimate pedal site is calling Driver Footrest Flange?
Exactly.
See their site: http://www.ultimatepedals.com/pedal.htm

Any one have a picture of what the actual pedal looks like with an actual engraving (in particular - the dead pedal)?
See their site for a sample of engraving. http://www.ultimatepedals.com/pedal.htm

According to Rob htey leave about a 5/8 minimum frame around the outside edge and center the engraving. I'm paying a little extra for an oversized pedal (~$12 with group discount) getting the Running Pony. Size will be about 1 7/8 x 5/8 for the Pony. Dead Pedal will be similiar. Standard Clutch/Breake will be slightly smaller.

That is a great question David. I think Woody may have some info on this, as he has been in contact with the company. He may have asked them when he talked to them last. Woody, can you help us out?

Attached are actual size PDFs of the Auto Brake, Clutck/Brake, Gas and Flanged Dead Pedals.

Pricing for the pedal rubber ditt-dot inserts should be avaliable within the next day or so on their website.
Group discount will apply.

Several have asked about custom size pedals. There is a slight upcharge for this. WIth group discount it will run in the neighborhod of $12 per pedal.

We will extend the group buy period through the 9th.
All orders will be processed and plan to be shipped on the 16th.

Plan to post ordering instructions tomorrow.

The site is not very clear on this, but here's Rob reply:

"Hi David,

Thank you for your e-mail, we appreciate your interest in our products.

We provide stainless steel self tapping screws to attach the footrest.

You are correct, it attaches directly to the footrest area of the car.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Don't settle for "One Size Fits All" pedals.

Have a great day!

Note they now have 2005 Mustang on their website. Also iincludes the rubber inserts upcharge. They are also part of the group buy option.
Guess only items NOT included as part of the group discount is:
Custom sizing, Engraving, special engraving programing

Now have 12 signed on. Thats 30% discount.

Only another 8 and we're at the 35% discount.

ORDERING INFO:
Shipping charges are typically ~$12 (UPS Ground within the Continental US).

How do I get my Discount?
Preferably, if you have a pretty straight forward order, please their website.
Their Mustang line can be viewed here:
http://www.ultimatepedals.com/catalo...x.php?cPath=64

Specify your vehicle, the Mustang Source group buy, as well as any engraving options during the checkout process when you are asked to indicate year, make, and model.

If you don't mention the Mustang Source group buy you'll get your pedals quickly, but not discounted.

Also, with the website you won’t see the discount automatically, and you will get a confirmation email pretty quickly. That email will not have the discount applied to it, DONT WORRY....You are not charged until the items are shipped. Their software cannot compute a discount. It has to be manually accounted for manually.

When the items are ready to be shipped, you will get two more emails.
1st e-mail from their merchant bank; letting you know that your card has been charged the discounted price..
2nd e-mail will be from UPS Quantum View (for the US orders) with your order’s tracking number.

You can also call. However, please try to use their website unless you really hate internet shopping or you have a custom order, it takes up a lot of manpower to answer questions by phone.

Please post any questions in this thread, questions will be answered as quickly as possible.

Ron pointed out ultimatepedals.com is not a Ford product; but hey neither is TheMustangSource, so it’s all good.

Also PLEASE POST WHEN YOU HAVE MADE AN ORDER, AND JUST SAY HOW MANY PIECES YOU ORDERED (1, 4, ETC ETC).

Order and commit as soon as possible. This will help ensure we reach the maximum discount pricing for all.

Sorry for the very lengthy instructions, but I hate when there is not enough info.

Just placed my order for 3 pieces.

FYI, I called to ask - the domed grips come in a little baggie. This is good for me, as I am seriously thinking about getting them powder coated, maybe.

Just placed my order for a dead pedal. Rob Baylor from Ultimate is by far the friendliest of all the "aftermarket people" I've ever dealt with.

We're past the 25% discount; closing in on the >10 for a 30% discount.
Or we could say almost half-way to the 35% discount.
E-mailed our local mustang club members letting them know of this deal. Also posted on another smaller site I'm a member of. The more the better for all of us.

Will give directions for ordering later next week.

05FORTGT
WOODY1
JERSEYGIRL
MUSTANG69-05
NOLE_TRAINER
PATCANNONE

Added couple more:
Brown412
Elanor Dreaming
Met the 30% discount goal.
added:
FMAN67
Ponygirl
NoLimdiem
Dallasw77
scottma
sumyungguy

14 sets down and 6 to go for the full 35% discount

Also eligable for discounted price but not counting towards total (must be set minimum) are:
holypony
azlitigator

REMEMBER to mention THEMUSTANGSOURCE Group buy when you order on line with Ultimate Pedals.
Don't forget to PM me your name and what pedals you purchased ..... i.e. Jay Jones 1 gas, 1 clutch. 1 brake. This allows coordinating with Ron and let everyone know as soon as possible what level discount we get.
