Wow. That came out nice! I'll have to show that to my VB buddies.

 

OK, I finally got my VB welting installed. I used Rustoleum metalic blue paint, which is almost a perfect match to VB.

I tried the tinsel, but it just wasn't working for me. Since mine is a vert, I wasn't worried about the color being to dark with the charcoal interior.

The pics are a little bright due to the sun. It looks much better in person.

 

:gay: No offense but it looks a bit Rice to me

 

Rice to me is when you see a big butt spoiler wing on the back of a Mustang. This isn't rice.....it just helps to break up the all one color scheme.

 

Good God there isn't anything ricey about this mod. If it were neon piping that actually lit up, then yes it would be ricey.

 

You use that and then say no offense? You can think whatever you want, but don't bash something and think you can get away with it just by saying no offense.

Shame, really... I love the white on white look! Especially if it has the Red interior!

 

I love my welt mod! I've gotten a lot of compliments on them and how "factory" they look.
...and I agree not rice!

 

Ouch! I knew I might get flamed for that comment. I not offending anyone but I do not like the welts.

The door stops look pretty good! The white looks great on the dark interior. Maybe I do not like the welts because white welts would not look good on my parchment interior. Maybe Rice was a bad way to say "I'm not big on the welts".

Because I was expressing my opinion, that is all. Not everyone has the same taste and can freely express themselves. I do not like it and still believe that it looks a bit Rice to me. I'm glad you like it but please don't be upset that someone doesn't agree with you.

 

Personally, I think you riled more people with the Rainbow flag smiley, than anything else, just to let you know.
