Thanks to Stan (pitpup) I got great customer service and instructions.
I would recommend to all if not already stated like Stan says you will want to trim off about 1/16 to make a perfect fit.

Also has anyone sucesfully welted the back seat speakers? I cant seem to get the welt to stay in there. Anyone with any tips or suggestions for the rear speaker housing?? Car doesnt look right with welt just in the front.

Is the under dash welt to much ???

Here is my welt job.

White on white

Thought I would post up my white on white. Wasn't sure when I ordered it if white would be too gaudy so I also got red and silver to test. When I installed it, I was pleasantly surprised with how great white looked on the car, and on the charcoal interior. Have had lots of positive comments from other people, most think it came that way.

Sorry the inside pics are a bit blurry!

I finally had a few hours to paint and install my welts from Stan. I wanted a more yellow look than the SY he included. But no problem... went to my local Michael's and got some additional paint and mixed my own color.

Really great service Stan, thank you for all your help!

Finally finished painting and installing the welt a couple weeks ago. Had a chance this weekend at church to show the interior door design engineer for the S197 program.

She....that's right....she....really liked the look. Wondered out loud how a piece like that could be molded onto the insert.

Hmmm! How did I miss THIS post? Busy with my sTANG, I 'spose. Hi Ray. Looks nice. No problem on improving on my SY. I matched it to the color chip from Ford, but in looking back, my Grabber Orange is different from the color chip, too. An 'accent' as it were. Ain't no big thang. The point is, you did the mod, it looks great, and you're 100% happy with it.

Whew, it does bring out the doors!

Enjoy!

Stan

What are the exact measurements (inches, yards, etc) for both doors? I really want to get this done for my stang. Thanks!
