the JVC KW-NT50HDT receiver is in and i am LOVING IT! no more reaching for my iphone to change songs, no more using the iphone for gps, no more fiddling with bluetooth accessories for hands free calling. this thing is off the HOOK! so glad i spent the extra $ for a gps unit. the HD radio ROCKS! never thought id hear such a major difference between fm and hd. heres a quick pic i took with my iphone.



my only gripe with this receiver is that the ipod/iphone cables are out front. ill be fixing that today by getting some extender cables and snaking them through the center console to the armrest glove box. the official JVC cable is like 3 inches to short to make it unfortunately.

 

I really like the USB thing you have in the 12v power point. What is it and where did you get it?

OP where did youu get it from and if you want a better sound out of it install some sound deadner. I was very happy when I did mine.

 

crutchfield.com. i was going to get some deadner in there but i dont crank it that loud that much for it to be worth it. if i decide to install some subs or upgrade the speakers and such ill def go that route.

DPHC13 - EBAY! i think it was like $5 with shipping. im actually going to take that out and install the push start button. seeing as how my new head unit has a usb plug right in the front of it now

 

I just had this same unit installed along with new front and rear infinity speakers.... AWESOME!!!

 

sweet! did u get the rear camera installed as well? i didnt and now im kinda regretting it although its not like i cant get it done down the road

 

Na, I skipped it... I am have the Cervini C-500 body kit put on in the next few weeks. If I spent another cent, my wife would kill me.
