E-brake / Parking complete replacement?

Looking for a complete E-Brake / Parking Brake handle replacement. I've seen several covers that slip over it, but I want more. Seen some shift boots installed too.

To me, the entire brake handle it waaay too long and plastic-y. I'd like an entire replacement if possible. Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction?

No replacement handles that I know of - only what you mentioned....

Heck at least this one has some kind of character - I had an 88GT and the brake handles in the FOXes were just a STICK.......
