DVD Stuck in Factory Nav

DVD Stuck in Factory Nav
I have an 07 GT/CS with factory navigation. trying to access the DVD and the deck front opens up and is stuck down. The DVD did not eject. Anybody have any idea on the best way to try and get the dvd out?
