The first one will, but you can't use the factory grills. That's what I had in mine, worked well (with outboard amp). They completely suck hard with the Ford amp. It's like 1% of the power they need. Also look into the Kicker CVT8's.
the best i found for replacing the door subs, are JL w1 8" they are a hair too dep but the screws will pull the door panel up to the lip when you install them. also use some silicon to ensure a tight seal. then you can use JL's grill so they will be covered up. i have tried MTX 8" and MB Quartz 8" mid bass. the JL's are the best so far.
I have those Kicker SSMB8's installed in my car. They fit fine.
But like mentioned above, don't use them with the stock amps. I have a seperate Alpine amp running them and the sound good. Don't expect deep bass out of them though, they seem to be between a mid-bass and a sub.
I have a 12" Punch Stage-3 in the trunk for the deeper bass.

You can do slight modification, and the Pioneer shallow 8 will use the factory grill, as will the CDT EF-8. I'd say you could do it with ANY 6-7" since the speaker's frame won't impede mounting of the grill. I've also seen it done with the MTX 4500. If you're willing to drop to 6.5", look into the Tang-Band, Crystal, or CDT offerings.
will a 6 1/2 fit without modification or is the factory hole too big. can the door sub be removed without removing the door panel. I wanna try the kick comp vr 6 1/2
3m tape, a can of black plastic paint, exacto knife, and some tweezers. No more blue - and my interior is all black with the chrome trim and CF dash. So it looks great now. If you want, i can get a pic of the painted ones. They came out PERFECT.
I have JL 8w3's in my doors - took heavy modification. I am using the stock grilles though. Had to extend/cut the screw holes in the sub's frame and grille to get it to work. It looks mangy under there, but the stock plastic trim ring that goes over it covers it all up.
