The cool thing about this **** is that I had him machine the lip that the boot attaches to so it looks like it belongs there.

As for people wanting this type of ****, I will talk to the guy that did it for me. He was interested in selling these to other people you can pretty much design anything and he can make it. Let me talk to the guy and i'll get back to you guys tomorrow about whether or not he is willing to make them.

But i'm warning you the **** isn't cheap. I paid $80 for it. But the quality is awesome and feels great when your shifting.

$80 for a solid **** *with* a machined lip for the shift boot is not a bad deal. Sheesh, many of us have paid that much for a Momo universal fit **** that doesn't look half as nice.

I'm a strong potential if he goes into production.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing with the Red GT or even powdercoat it black and have the Red GT but I like the aluminum look.

Again I'll let you guys know about getting them made. Also you can have anything engraved on the top if you choose not to have the GT on there. This guy can do any type of design you can think of.

When I get home today from work I'll take a picture of the know to show you the lip that the boot attaches too.

I have the **** attached the the Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter which compliments it even more because it gives the car a racing feel.

I just got off the phone with the guy that made the ****. He is currently working on a big project at his metal shop so he is unable to make them at this time. But he is very willing to make more and even make custom *****. Anything you can think up this guy can make. I'm going to try to get more pics of the **** off of the shifter today. He said that its probably going to be about 3 weeks till he can make them so i'll get back to you guys when he is ready.

Very nice - best **** I've seen for the '05 yet -I'd like to see what he could do as far as replicating the stock **** in billet with the GT on top instead of the shift pattern...

That is so cool. Does it weigh alot. I am not asking becuase I am crazy about weight saveings but I just like a heavy shifter. They feel nice, and that one looks nice so if it was relativly heavy it would be great.
