I searched about eleventy billions posts containing felt or moleskin. Does anyone have a picture of exactly where and how much to apply this to keep the windows from getting scratched? Thanks.

No pics. Sorry. But, it is real easy to do. First, lower your windows. Next, take off the door panel. Then pop off the inside window seal. Get some self adhearing felt strips or make your own and use spray adhesive (like I did). Just position the felt about 1/16 inch down from the top of the seal. I ran my felt down under to where the seal attaches to the door. This ensured it would be held tightly in place when I put the seal back on. Then just put your door back together and enjoy your scratch-free tint. Hope this helps.

You don't really have to take off the door panel, but okay.

I used about a 1/2" strip and actually pulled the interior weather stripping out. I used "Quick Grip" all purpose adhesive, it comes in a toothpaste tube. I sanded the weather stripping a little before I put the glue down, then laid the felt on the glue. Pretty straight forward I think, trim the felt accordingly to fit the window and the mirrors. I haven't noticed any new scratches since. I still need to have the windows retinted, but that will wait until next summer when I'm back at the dealership that installed them (1400 miles!). They'll probably look at me like I'm retarded, but they installed the tint before I purchased the car, so it's their problem. Good luck!
