How hard is it to add an Amp to the Shaker 500 subs in the doors?
Has anyone done it?

There are already amps powering the door subs (one amplifier for each door). Legend has it they are behind the driver's side kick panel. I suppose you could replace them with a different amplifier. You might look at the SoundGate LOCB.2 to tap into the factory pre-amp line and convert it to RCA's.
