it is shifter time for me a got a hurst commin and i founda go baby go shifter ball like gone in 60 seconds , it think it will add some coolness to my ride, anybody have comments on the hurst //

 

You stole my idea. I have the hurst and i like it alot. It take a little while to get use to it but what a difference in the throw.

uh, you're going to have an an exposed wire with that button and shifter, no?

 

yeah it will be if you use some shrink wrap in a couple spots to hold wire against the shifter handle it looks fine , i always like the shifter since i seen it in the movie ....

You'll like the Hurst if you want firm solid shifts. Just don't expect the gear changes to be smoother. It will take a little more oomph to get into gear, but well worth it!

It's definately a short throw! Not too sure about the Nitrous button with this shifter handle?!?

Your ride looks pretty sick! Which ducktail is that?

 

Change your bushings too. Hurst has a kit for it if your just getting their short-throw. I think they're included with their Competion Plus Package. It will make a difference.
