After receiving my G-Tech Pro SS from RPM Outlet yesterday, I spent much of the afternoon playing with it and calibrating it. I pretty much got everything down. I only have two questions to some of the pro's out there.

1.) My rev limiter on my car is set to 6800, via Tuner. To perfectly shift on my vehicle with a manual, what would the best RPM to set my G-Tech Pro to for the shift lights for max performance.

2.) and second, does anyone know the ACTUAL weight of the car for a manual?? Ive searched the forums and couldnt find a post for anyone who may have weighed the car.

Anyone chime in please.........so far this G-Tech Pro is amazing, I was playing around with it and the shift lights are BRIGHT!!! I cant wait, I'm going to have to test this thing out at the track Friday night if weather looks good. And this thing is not as big as it looks, its really the size of a "cell phone!" It's that small!

As for the shift light.. I would put it at 6200. This is based on information Doug told me about. He says the optimum shift point is at 6250(where he puts the autos). You definitely dont want to shift later then 6400.. After 6400 rpms the computer begins to close the throttle plate up until it hits the rev limiter at 6800. If you put the light at 6200 you know your shift will be at least really close to the 6250 optimum shift point.

For the G-tech you need the "raceweight" wich means the weight including a full tank and the driver. I drove to a truckscale to get this data....

I know how to calculate everything. I just need the stock weight without any gas. I looked on edmunds and it said the curb weight was 3433, so if I take that number and add my weight (195lbs) plus the weight of gasoline.

1 gallon = 8.33lbs

capacity of the tank is 16 gallons, so adding everything
so a full tank would be 132lbs. so adding everything -- total weight = 3760lbs

3/4 tank = 99lbs -- total weight = 3727lbs

1/2 tank = 66lbs -- total weight = 3694lbs

1/4 tank = 33lbs -- total weight = 3661lbs

I'm assuming my calculations are correct for every one of them
