2nd Group Buy; Ultimate Pedals

Email from Rob at Ultimate Pedals stated that we had 10 orders placed as of 4:00 p.m. Tuesday CST
I told him the group buy would be over at the close of their business on Wednesday 10/12/05, 5:00 p.m. EST
He stated 8 from the group buy were on the original list of names I sent him, and 2 were new guys who jumped on the group buy.(thanks new guys for pushing us over the 10 person limit for the 30% discount) So out of the 13 on the original list of names, only 8 purchased pedals so far.....Hopefully everyone will take advantage of the group buy that showed interest, but it kind of looks like we'll end up with the 30% discount.

Ok I have a question about this, I got the first E-mail then I got the 2nd E-mail that said order processed, but it still didnt show the discount...is this what everyone else got

I believe the discount will show up as a lower charge to your credit card.
The automatic email from Ultimate Pedals doesn't show the discount since it's generated automatically.

account, they billed me the full $143.39.
What do we need to do to get a refund for the group buy

Try contacting the sales department via email. I've already emailed them about something and they're pretty fast with repsonses. Good luck.

Joe,
I'm in the same boat as you, my card was charged the full price but I guess I'm not going to worry about it until they ship. I did add the mustang source group buy and I have that in the confirmation E-mail. As long as you added that I think we should be fine.

If you call your credit card company they will tell you that we only verifiy the amount.
This will reduce your total available credit by the amount authorized, but it is not a charge.
The money has not been transferred from your account to ours.
We will reduce the amount billed before processing the order when we are ready to ship.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
