'09 Nav and Sync?

'09 Nav and Sync?
Guys,
Anyone have an '09 with Nav? Apparently you can upgrade this to Sync, has anyone tried it. Also can you bluetooth your phone to it to have the audio portion of the phone work through the stereo? I have not fooled with mine and someone mentioned the options to me so asking for any advice. I have Nav but I've been listening to the engine soo much I just now learning about the audio system. Haha. Any help is appreciated.
