That was easy, here is another ...

Stripe color is Manhattan Beige ... believe a Mitsubishi color ... its a metallic and I had them mix it with a finer grade.

Man... very nice looking car. And I have to say, those are some of the straightest stripes I have seen. It doesn't need the chin spoiler either, the more I look at it. Maybe it's because it's white.

A couple things I would add... have you thought about rocker stripes as someone else mentioned earlier in the thread? Maybe even just plain stripes with no script if you don't want GT350, etc. on yor car. Also, I would consider either getting new bullitts in Arizona Beige (maybe they have them in 18") or having your stock bullitts painted beige to match your stripes. Those two colors are a little too similar to be different... if that makes any sense.

Good piont I will keep that in mind. I had considered the 18" (deep dish) bullets, but technically their offsets are not really right for this car, though everyone seems to be getting away with them. Was considering the Halibrand Corbra III's as they will make them with the right offset (44mm), but I'd like to see a set on a Mustang (face to face) before making that decision. The Bullit style definetely suits the style of this car I have got to say .... next on the list is BBS GT-R or Fiske wheels but big $$$$ for the later two. Still looking for others too.

Thanks to all for the nice comments. You don't know that half of how much I agonized on the color selection.

Onward and upward ...

I agree that Magnums will match the car. I believe those are the ones that came on the '66 GT350H Hertz editions like your car is starting to look like. Might want to look into some side scoops as well. If you end up wanting those, and aren't in too much of a rush, the California Special edition Mustang coming out soon will come with those scoops so you would be able to get an actual Ford factory part.

Just saw the Shelby GT500 convertible at the Houston auto show to day. It has a nice looking simple bolt on splitter under the chin, that adds fwd deflectors to the front wheel arch as well. I think Roush has a simple filler piece for the bottom of the center section of the front bumper. These two together may be the effect I am looking for.

Paul, that sounds good. I'd have to see a pic, but I think I understand what you are talking about. Either way, your car is looking sweet.

Hi.

Could you please post a picture of what the relocated 3rd light installation looks like from inside the car.

Thanks!
