Thinking of CS rear bumper

Gents,
Thinking of CS rear bumper....but i have yet to see anyone paint the "fins" on the car the body color. I think if you leave the entire lower section flat black you loose definition. Let me know what you think

My brother tims tungsten car has 20x8.5 oem replica wheels. He wanted a similar look to original shelby wheels..the price was awesome at $170 a wheel.
