I would seriously spend the extra money and just get the 18x9's and new tires.

If you can't afford them, then I would wait until you can.

You're other option is to take your stock wheels and have them chromed by a chrome shop. Hopefully there is one near you and they can do them in a few days.

WOW, Ford is proud of those wheels, look at the price.

There's someone on the forum here who can get Ford parts for a good price but I can't remember who it is now, I think he works at a dealership.

Found him, its 05stangkc

I got the 17X9 chrome bullitts from Mustang Tuning. The stock tires fit great, and will put 275/40's on when they wear out.

Saw a seller on ebay a while back who was basically offering to send you chromed stock bullets, and you would return your unchromed stock bullets back to him (plus pay money for the chroming). Thought it was a neat idea - keeps you from having to wait a few days for a shop to do it. $500 to make all 4 wheels chrome. Not bad. Here's the link to that thread:

Can't promise the ebay link there still works...

Be careful when buying Cragars. First they're technically not Cragars any more. Cragar licensed the name to another company thats simply putting the Cragar name on them. Second when I inquired about purchasing them at Discount tire a while back I was told that the Cragar distributor offered to sell them to me for $100 per wheel. After placing my order, however, the distributor recanted their quote and re-quoted them at $235 per wheel. They're beautiful wheels but not worth that price. :notnice:
