Alright, having an 06 GT and wanting to get some wheels down the road i would like to know what wheels work or not that people have tried. I was reading the "06 has bigger calipers" thread and made me think this thread would be good for all 06 owners wanting wheels.

So from your experiences or knowlege (dont care how you know as long as it aint bs) which wheels work on the 06's. Brands, models, sizes, offset whatever is applicable to the issue. Pics of wheels could be nice as well just for kicks but they arent absolutely needed. So all you who are smarter and more experienced than me chime in please (basically means anyone who knows anything about how wheels fit on there).
Thanks in advance

What works and what doesnt?

The Boyd Coddington Smoothie IIs require spacers on the front. I mananged to grind the calipers down enough to clear without 'em though.

I have Mustang Tuning Deep dish bullets on my 06 GT Vert. The fronts (18X9) came with a 1/4" spacer but the rears (18X10) were so close to the caliper, I ended up using a 3/16" spacer on the back as well. The rears without the spacer would allow a credit card to pass through, but it was touching both sides of the card. A little too close for me.

I have the BFG KDW's 255/45 on the front and 285/40's on the rear. I am finishing up my Eibach pro-kit install and will have some pics real soon. (It would be sooner but I hurt my neck working under the car and am a little "gimped up" at the moment. :bang: Hopefully, the car will be done by Saturday.

Here's what I have on my 06 GT and Love em... The ROH Drift-Rs. Not excited about the name, but I dig the wheels and get a bunch of from other people. Size are: 18x10 rear 18x9 front. (see my sig) No clearance problem what-so-ever. I had thought about getting the deep dish bulletts at one point, but they require spacers to fit.... no thanks. Plus these are a little more unique IMHO. Here's some pics.

Also, The pic on the left bottom is the stock ride height. The pic on the bottom right is after the install of Eibachs ProKit.
