I called and they did receive a shipment of the Anthracite 18x10 DD and mine should be in that group and shipped out today. I didn't ask about the spacers, sorry

MTAS, what size tires do you plan on matching up to those wheels? I will actually be down your way next week. Driving the stang all the way down from O'Fallon, MO.

Believe me, it's not an easy task deciding on what size tires to put on the rear. The fronts will be 255/40/18. Ideally, I'd like to put a 295/40 or 305/40 on the back, but no one makes either size. Toyo used to make a 295/40/18, but not any more. Nitto makes a drag radial in the 3XX/XX/18 size, but I want something with a higher TWR than 100 I will most likely go with the 285/40/18 that most folks on here have, and a 295/35/18 as a second choice. The 295/35 is about an inch shorter than stock so I'm not sure how that would look gap wise I have a neighbor who owns a tire shop (and has a proCharged 05 GT ) so I'll be spending some time (and money) with him to see what's available.

On a side note - O'Fallon?! I grew up and lived in St. Louis for 30 years until I moved to Tampa Small world

I'll be running 285/40-18. They are the same height as stock but over 11" wide. The 2 most reasonable priced tires i found are Pirellis and Toyo.

If you go 285/40, what brand will you go with. I plan on going with the DD's in the future and people have told me to keep the tires the same in order to maintain good handling, but then I look at the Roush Stage 2 and they are different sizes and that thing pulls 1G! Now, that would be a setup, Roush handling package, 18 x 9 DD's up front, and 18 x 10 DD's in the rear.

At first I was shocked thinking you meant forward acceleration. 1G equals 0-62 mph in 2.85 seconds! But then I realized it was the lateral acceleration... nice headrush for a moment there, though

If you want to fill up that wheelwell, I'd recommend a 295/45 Nitto has that size in an NT 555.

Here's what it looks like (This is Swingle007's car not mine)

Great minds think alike! After seeing those pics the other day I did add that tire to my list of contestants. But let me ask this - since that tire is over 28" tall, how much will it knock down my 4.10 gears? Enough to be noticable?

OK for anyone who cares, per Bob w/Mustang Tuning, and I'm not sure if this applies to chrome or black DD 18x10 Bullitts, but for anthracite: Wheels are in CA and will be shipped to PA today. Figure 5 days shipping time, then shipped out from Mustang Tuning in PA to where ever. So I should hopefully have mine by 12/14 or so.
