Actually I think I like it and it's functional? I might even go with this I think it would look awesome striped. Let me know how much it is gonna cost you and if you get it the finish on it and whatnot. O and pics installed would rock! Thanks.

The scoops seem like it too far back I think because of the angle of the picture....I asked the guy and he said its about 1 1/2 inch from the edge.....

I will go and check out the hood in person and see how they look...

Can your provide a link cause I freakin love it!

Just 2 weeks ago, I posted in the "What I wish they made thread"
I also wish for an aftermarket hood that has a funtional center ramair scoop that is molded into the hood. Like the 65-66 GT 350 hood and scoop
http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showpo...&postcount=111

Besides being functional here's why it's so appealing to me. Imagine it painted. Unlike the current Roush and GTAP hood scoops, this will will be molded into the hood (integrated with no seam). No worries about gaps appearing/existing. No issues with water in the scoop (stuck behind the insert)

This option enables me to get that 65-66 GT-350 look (they also had scoop integrated into the hood)

Well I like it for obvious reasons and if the scoop is the same size as the Roush it isn't too far back. Mine is 1.5 inches from the rear edge of the hood. This scoop may be smaller than the Roush and that's why it appears to be too far back.

Thanks for the link Homer! They have quite a few different hoods for the 2005+ mustangs http://alliance247.com/category.php?cid=196

Anyone heard of this company or had any dealings with them?

The more I look at this the more I like it I feel like if I went with this hood I could very plausibly sand down the edges of the scoop to give it a more rounded look and it will look identical to the gt350 hoods in '66. IF so then this would totally be the hood for me.

Yup...I like the gt350 style hood too but this is the closest I've found...
I spoke to Mike at Alliance about the gt350 hood and he told me that not too many people requesting for that style hood. If he has enough people show interest in the gt350 style, he will make them......

Well I would buy it in a heartbeat and I bet atleast a dozen others on these forums would too. If they would make that I would be happy as hell talk about the perfect hood.

That's the same location where the Roush hood scoop is located (both the aftermarket ones and the Roush SEs)
