I'm not really into modding my car, yet anyway, but I have been thinking about maybe adding the Pony Package grill and side mustang emblems to my car. Has anyone done this?

I need to see a pony package car in person before I decide if I like them enough to put on mine. Anyone have pictures of a Black Mustang with the pony package?

never liked that look , it looks to chunky on the front of the car not mension i dislike small fog light in the grill area :notnice:

 

I've seen 'em at my dealership and they look fine

 

the pony package grill with the smaller fog lights, are more symmetrical to the front end design then the HUGE GT fog lights, they look like the car has 4 big headlights comments made by non MUSTANG people , at least with the smaller ones you can tell the difference between what a fog light is supposed to look like...this is one of reason's why I opted for the V-6

 

Hahaha. That is one reason I did as well. I love the GT, but I hate those darn fog lights. They make the car look goofy.

 

I've got one! It was the first one in my region in California. Most people that see it think its awesome!

It looks more like the concept drawings they had when they thought up the design.

Other V6 and GT owners can't help but notice the Ponygrill and the bigger size of the side emblems and the GT Wheels and larger suspension. When I tell them its a 2006 they respond "that's why."

 

The foglights bother you? it seems those Big headlights add about 90 horsepower!!

 

I love the pony package grill also. The GT foglights are too big. The corral around the horse looks nice on the pony package also.

 

I'll be chaecking one out at a dealer tomm. If I like it I may get the grill and side emblems.

 

I'm not a huge fan of the grill, but I've put the pony emblems and faux gas cap on my GT.

The look is very nice, the grill is awesome, and the best part is the fog lights are the right size

I love the GT, it's just i'm not all that fond of the big lights

I guess it really depends on the style you like. Since they were trying to make the front look more like a 67/68 GT, and I've never liked the fogs on those, I don't like these either. JMO.
