because I have the GT300 decals, I was thinking about replacing the GT emblems with the 4.6 emblems. I found these, tell mw what you think ? They are 5 in . by 2 in.

Will the red look ok on the screaming yellow?

Are these available in chrome? Black? Hmm........

There was a post in here sometime ago about how to remove them. I believe the only problem is they're attached with pins and have holes behind them. However , your badge might cover them ...

 

:scratch: then I would add these to the wheels to blend in the red without going overboard? Hmm....what do you think? Too much?

 

Definately go with the red 4.6 badge. That would look really nice against your yellow and black. I wpersonally would stay away from the red center caps. Maybe paint the calipers red to match. Anything else would be close to going overboard IMO. Can't wait for the louvers by the way!

Take a hair dryer and heat them up. Then take fishing line and work it back and forth like a saw behind the emblem. Take your time and keep heating them up. Use a little Goo-Gone on the adhesive left on the paint, it will come right off. Mine came off, and there still in mint cond. The deminsions you gave on the new emblem should cover the hole's in the fender for the GT emblem.

Hmmm..........I think that badge would look sick on my Black GT. Provided Ford ever gets around to delivering it. I plan on putting the red GT stripes on the rockers as well. So the badge would probably look great with that red stripe. Where did you find those particular badges?

I think the badges would look good on the fenders. Jeff used one on his engine cover and I was thinking of doing that as well.

Please tell me where you found the red center caps. They look very much like the emblems from the 66 Styled Steel Wheels. I have been thinking they might look good on the bullets on my Torch Red GT. You can never have too much red!

I found the center caps on Ebay actually. Pretty Cheap. Sorry I do not have the link right now for it.

I am not sure about the RED on the 4.6, I wish someone had them in Chrome, I would add the High Performance underneath.
