Has anyone with the pony fogs actually convert over to the GT fogs? i know that the pigtails are different. I was just wondering how hard it was to do. If so where should i go to actually have my GT fogs wired up at?

 

When I read this, I at first thought the installation of different fog lights caused a fire or something worse. I'm glad it really wasn't a "Horrific Ending". I suspect that the power draw is the same for either lamp, so after you assure that your pony has a 15 amp service to the fogs, change the pigtail ends if required. I'm sure Ford sells them. Solder and heat-shrink or tape well the new pigtail ends into place.

 

actually on one of the other forums i am a member of someone actually used the pony fog harness onto the GT fogs. It apparently it is a plug and play there and it does work.
