No more updates on new hoods?

 

After seeing Trufiber hood and Cervini's 68, ..I was disappointed to say the least.. it looks like Robello is my only hope..I have no choice but to wait..but for how long

I agree completely, after seeing the Cervini in Torch Red I was very disappointed. I sent Robello a PM early yesturday morning but as of yet no response.

Someone messed his car up so I'm sure this is the last thing on his mind. What about the curvature of this hood?Don't know if its functional and doesn't have heat extractors

Too high for my tastes but a nice shape. I joined these forums just prior to ordering my '07 and my first sight of the DCF500 hood was one of "Gotta Have". Unfortunately he was already out of business and had sold his last hood on E-Bay. The Shelby KR hood gave me the same buzz but nothing else I've seen comes close. I'll stay stock if I can't get either of these hoods or a very very close facsimile.

The GT500 is the best looking to me followed by the Saleen. The only other one i like is the Cali Dream and even that one is iffy, the other's are absolutely HIDEOUS!!!

But, the saleen is pretty nice to, but to costly and the rise is not high enough for me!

 

sorry guys, Ive been juggling a lot. the hood thing is something I am trying to get done on the side, its not my main job...lol. But it is under way. I will post pics and final details of it as soon as I get the final details locked in and the molds get cast. I am hoping to get the molds casted very soon. As mentioned my car is now a problem for me as well....sheesh, but I am trying to make these hoods a top priority. If anyone wants anything else thats out on the market let me know I may be able to get something for you that isnt listed in this thread.

We all read the other thread, sorry to see the damage to your car. Hope you get it back together right!
