Trial fit of new hood + new wheels/tires

Put my new wheels and tires on during the middle of the week (OE Wheels GT4's, staggered 18x9/18x10 w/ Goodyear F1 Supercars, 255/45-18 front, 285/40-18 rear) and test fitted my new hood today (Shelby Super Snake). Still have to do the hoodpins and touch up minor inperfections in the hood, but though I'd snap a few pics (while waiting for my sis after giving her a lift to the supermarket):

Can't wait to see it after you paint the hood. I'm not too crazy about the emblem in the middle of the grille though but that's just my opinion.

Yeah, that was just playing around. It's not likely to stay

Looks good Paul - for some reason I thought you had that hood already, what did you have on it before?

I messed around with an IPP hood which was sort of similar last year, but I found too many quality problems with it to make it worthwhile using, so I saved and popped for an actual Shelby Supersnake hood.

Here's a couple more shots from today, with a less crappy background:

It's the bracket from these guys: http://www.trailerrebuilders.com/services

Does a nice low key job, removes easily with just two bolts for shows, etc and is made from heavy gauge stainless, so it sort of works as a protective skid plate for the front splitter.

Have not put it up for sale yet.
