For those who have or are going to do a GT500 conversion

I'm just testing the waters here, but I'm very seriously considering buying the racecar facory 68 performance hood for my GT. I like the KR hood too, but I don't know how long it will take the KR hood to hit the market and/or how long the list will be when it does. Before I can make this purchase I'll have to sell my (Ford) Shelby GT500 hood that is now on the car (tungsten w/ silver stripes) I doubt I'll find anyone with the same paint scheme that wants the hood, so it'll probably have to be repainted, but is there anyone out there who is seriously interested. It would help me make up my mind about buying the new hood. I think I paid $600 for the hood + $350 for the two vents. I obviously don't expect to get anywhere near that for a used hood, but if you're interested make me an offer. Thanks.

Rob are you going with the cervini's 68 hood? I ordered and am waiting on the paint shop for my 67 Ram air.

I'm wanting the racecarfactory.com's 68 hood that will line up w/ the Shelby GT500 front grill/bumper. I'd really like the KR hood, but based on
the limited availability of the cars themselves, I'm seriously doubtful that the hoods will be readily available. And if they are available I see them being very expensive.

Do you have a pic of this 68 hood and how much would you want for the GT500 hood w/out the vents?

The 68 hood can be seen at www.theracecarfactory.com
As far as my hood w/ out the vents.........I'm not sure. I would really want to sell them all together.
