Temporarily fitting 235/50ZR18 on the GT500 Rims
I'm just wondering..
Would it be possible to safely fit the tires from my 18" Fanblades (235/50) onto the GT500 OEM rims (18"x9.5), till my new tires arrive?
naturally, the GT500 rims go with 255/45 fronts and 285/40 rears..
so my concern is: are 235s safe to fit if possible at all?

It is 1 inch above maximum reccomended rim width for those tires. Do people do it yes. Is it safe? not as far as Bf goodrich is concerened. Leave the wheels until you get the correct tires. It would be a shame to get in a wreck after all your hard work. Not to mention getting hurt.
