Well, my stripes are almost done! He still has to slear coat and buff it out but here's a few pictures. They are not that good because I took them with my cell phone. Color is Dark Charcoal, same color as Bullitt wheels.

Those stripes are the Uuuuuuugliest thing I have seen.

Sweeet....are they extending to the bmpers? Also is that a 1.5" gap?

 

I feel this combo will turnout good. Are they clearing the full panels? I hope they don't get foreign particles in the clear over the white.

 

That is going to look great. That's funny because I stopped by the body shop today and my car looked very similar... bumpers off. I am having my stripes done right now, and decided to get the whole thing cleared over. Is that what you are doing to, Robyn?

 

The stripes are 11" with a 1.5" gap. This guy is very maticluous so I'm sure he will be careful with the particles. They will go all the way down the bumpers thru the liscense plate area. I will have it back Monday. I could have had it sooner but we are having alot of rain here and he said if I wasn't in a hurry he would rather let it dry in his paint booth. I told him to take his time. He is also taking off the calipers and painting them red with a special paint.

Acadian, I just asked you in the stripes thread, what are you having done? Thought you had stripes?

 

Robyn, I replied in the stripe thread also. ^_^ I had vinyl, but now getting them painted. And I'm actually getting my car back Monday too. Congrats on your stripes and good choice with the grey to match the bullitts.
