I ordered side window louvers, a shifter **** and a pedal kit on 4/12. I was told everything was in stock but the shifter. The stuff was going out the next day so, I held up my RK hood at the body shop to get the lovuers and the hood painted together. Now it's 4/27 and seven phone calls later with no return calls or my order. :bang: I'm not one to complain but, just passing on dealings with Roush so far.

I hate to say it, but Roush are shocking in the customer service dept, and appear to lie also when it comes to expected delivery. I had an awful time with them, eventually getting my stuff a MONTH later!!!

Did you order through them? Their prices are crazy high. If you did order through them and can afford to wait, check out places like stage3motorsports or factoryroushparts for their prices and cancel with Roush and re-order with these guys if the prices are better.

At least then you can feel like you've gained something from the wait.

I called Roush a number of times and the only message they acted upon was to send out their 05 catalogue! Every time I spoke to a live person, I got either "It should ship tomorrow/next week", or "I think we shipped that already".

Not got at all.

Good stuff, bad service.

I will say this - when my bodykit was finally sent out, they forgot to ship the exhaust (WTH???). The guy I dealt with chased them on it and it ended up arriving only a day or so later.

Did you buy direct from Roush (website, catalogue...)?

I ordered my Roush hood sccop from http://www.factoryroushparts.com/ and had no problems at all. The guy there (can't remember his name) got me the scoop in just 2 days. And didn't charge me for express shipping. I would say to order all Roush parts from them... great service and cheaper than getting it directly.
