Anyone got Shelby stripes on a cowl hood? Let's see them if you got them.

 

I wish I did. My next mod is a cowl hood.

 

Somebody has to have a striped one.

 

Problem is the Steeda doesn't look wide enough for stripes.

I did have a pic from the Cervini rep of their cowl hood with stripes but that thread got lost in the crash.

I think it was Vista Blue with silver. Looked awesome to me. But it had a GT500 front too.

 

Which one are you thinking about? I have heard nothing but good things about this one. I think 3 inches would be the max I would want for a street car.

Yeah. That one is definitely hot.

I'd be interested to know how wide the cowl is at the nose. The problem is with stripes it needs to be at least 22" and I don't think it looks wide enough.

The Kaenen hood and the Steeda hood are the same hoods. Kaenen makes the Steeda Cowl hoods for Steeda. They are both great hoods. I have the Steeda hood.

 

I'll try and find it but there was a pic of a kaenan hood with stripes a couple weeks ago on one of the forums and it didn't look bad. I want to say it was a gt500.
