You may ask yourself....to stripe or not to stripe. I will show you some pictures and you can decide for yourself.

I found a business that can vinyl stripe the 05 Mustang.

Contact Bryan if you are interested. He is located in Iona, MI.

This is what he has communicated me about his business," I'm a mobile operation, I print/cut the stripes/graphics on site, so some travel would be ok with limitations and/or travel fees...maybe even the guy that's from the south that wanted stripes--if he's on the way to Florida maybe something could be worked out in february. "

Here is the best way to contact him since he is mobile:

Bryan Quinn
The Graphix Factory
email address: graphix@core.com
phone: (517)749-6493 or (616)262-3425.

You can see more pictures of the 05 Silver GT with White Stripes that I posted on this link...

if i land up only getting the V6 over the GT,here in cdn we get stuck with "mustang" side stripes, and it will be the first thing that i get either the dealership or a body shop to take off!

Those "GT 300" stripes aren't a Ford thing... You could probably get anything you wanted put in a stripe.

Mine will be black. I may have to give in and get gold stripes, like I had on my '69.

I'm having a bit of trouble not picturing myself as a pimply 17-year-old driving around with the stripes. Maybe it's the two big ones on the hood. Does anyone have any photos of more subtle stripes?

I wanted stripes for a long time, but then I got to thinking...

I'm just going to let the Mustang speak for itself. This Stang doesn't need non-functional hood scoops or even stripes to stand out. The stripes are just cry for attention. I think I'd be embarassed of them after a year.

PS. Look at the caliber of people who drive cars with stripes. Usually white trash. I don't want to be associated with them.

Man, your opinion of stripes is pretty ridiculous. Before you say, "this is a forum, we are here to speak our opinions." I'm just speaking mine.

I believe that many history making Mustangs had stripes, and let's face it, people from all walks of life have or have had cars with stripes. Stripes on a vehicle really has nothing to do with a persons demographics. Of course if you see it that way, knock yourself out.

Remember that I said that I was seriously considering stripes. And truth be told, I still think they look great if done right.

But like I said, stripes are an overkill. I want to drive a classy sports car, not a fast & furious type thing. And part of being classy is restraint. Restraint to overcome the temptation of adding decals, and hood scoops, and other stickers or plastic parts.

If the car was a weekend fun machine, then maybe I'd get the stripes. But it will be my daily driver. I'm going to show up to work everyday in it. And like I said, it might get embarassing after awhile.

PS. This is a forum, we are here to speak our opinions!

How do they put the stripes on? Anyone know of the process? I assume those were painted, so do they have to repaint the whole car?

Also, what about a phantom stripes? They are only visible, or really visible under the right light?? Just an idea

GT owners will probably refrain from stripes more than the V6 owners.
