To Stripe or Not To Stripe....That is the Question

I wanted stripes for a long time, but then I got to thinking...
I'm just going to let the Mustang speak for itself. This Stang doesn't need non-functional hood scoops or even stripes to stand out. The stripes are just cry for attention. I think I'd be embarassed of them after a year.
PS. Look at the caliber of people who drive cars with stripes. Usually white trash. I don't want to be associated with them.

Thanks for the info Steve!
I contacted Bryan and he is installing the stripes on my '05 this Thursday afternoon. Bryan has been in this business applying graphics to cars for over 9 years, I was very impressed when I met with him this afternoon!
Black '05 with Charcoal stripes, should be subtle yet sporty looking.

I would definatley go white w/ windviel blue. I don't think anything else would look good....maybe satin silver. I also like the white on legend lime, not to fond of the black IMO.

A lot of people seems to love the Le Mans style stripes. How come no one ever mentions the kind that are on the modern MACH 1's. I love the look that the car gets with a stripe coming out of a hood scoop. Of coarse you'd have to get a scoop (functional) put on, but maybe the next SE will have one.

Frank, I've been thinking what would look good on the Mineral Grey w/o being to loud....mabey Satin Silver? White might be to contrasty for me but, the silver would take the edge off. I seen a black stripe on one but, not sure if I like it.

BlackRiderX,
Here are some pictures of the back of the car......Also, I know if you contact the company that did these stripes and email him some pictures of your car. He has a computer the can show you what the car would look like with almost any color of stripes you choose. And then email you the pictures back !!!! B)

If you were there, you would have been able to see the hack job they did of trimming around the fake gascap in back. Oh, and the salesman actually told me that it came like that from Ford. Someone bought it the same day.
