I have checked a bunch of places for the stick-on pony fender badges, and they appear to all be made of plastic. Has anyone found any made out of metal?

Check any vendor of classic Mustang parts, they were all metal. I'm not sure if the fender curve is the same, but it might be close enough. The backs on 67's were kind of hollowed out so you might be able to cut off the stems and use the emblem tape to hold them on.

Mine are metal. They have them at CJ Pony Parts and Ohio Mustang Parts.

Why would you want metal. You would pay $30.00 extra for something that will look and last as long as the plastic ones. You cant tell the difference in either one unless you hold them as the metal ones will be a little heavier.

How did you attach them? Did they come with adhesive backing, or did you drill holes?
