STEEDA STREET WING INSTALLED
I'm one of those "elder" Mustang types who has always gone for bone stock (or close anyway) on my cars. Many of you would find that very boring. When I get my 05 I honestly don't know if I will do any mods or not. The new thing for me is that I would consider doing any mods at all.
The Mustang has survived for 40 years because it could always be what anyone wanted to make it. The 05 is no different. So if you can smile when I say that I don't like your wing, I promise to smile when you say mine looks dull! The legend lives, in all it's many forms!

Seeing the pic of the Steeda, I have a suggestion (maybe you are already considering this). The bottom of the front fascia can be painted black to match your hood and rear black out between the taillights. Maybe try a photoshop first.
Something I noticed with the pic of the GTR concept. I never had a problem with the wing on the GTR, but your wing doesn't sit right with me. Weird. Maybe I just need to keep looking at it. Afterall, I don't know about a lot of you, but when pictures of the new mustang were first posted on this site, I was worried I wouldn't like it, but it looks so much better in person. So like you say probably the same with your car, looks better in person.
Keep us updated on your progress, I know it will turn out great.

Thanks Doug, I'm working my way there....buying a splitter for the front, gonna black out the middle section of the hood, 18 or 19" wheel and tire combo coming in 2005....etc....just doing one at a time as most of these changes are insanely expensive and Ipumped most of my cash into the performance to start....exterior is just underway so I'll keep posting pics as I get things done......hope it turns out great....
Swingle, DUDE!
At first, I thought "Something looks a bit off..." Didnt like it. Than I saw your finished product shop, and it was perfect. Its the front end being unfinished I think that has a lot of people looking at it and just not jiving.

I've received enough .02 that I think I can buy some more parts with all the loose change.
Thanks for all the views and the comments again ladies and gents....I've gotten a date of January 13th to do the side mirror paint work and hood black out.....not too much longer and she'll look even better....front splitter should be purchased, painted, and installed by end of January or first week of February to finish it off... how about some nice ripe bananas
