Steeda Cowl hood installed

Buddy was selling his steeda cowl hood for $300 already painted my color and with the hood pins. I would have been an idiot to pass the deal up.

Installed the MRT hood struts. The lower bracket needed to be slightly grinded down shorter. It was hitting on the upper bracket not allowing the hood to close. Other wise, everything went good.

Looks good.

Would you mind posting a pic from the driver's seat. I'm just wondering how high it comes up. TIA

Thanks all.
Some guys in the Chicagoland Mustang Club dont like the pin location. I actually think it looks fine. I had no choice as the latches were already installed. Made for a really easy pin install. Im pretty sure thats why they are where they're at to begin with.

Looks excellent....love the straight color, seems a majority of people go with the Steeda black over the hood...this is outstanding...FWIW, I think the pin location is just fine...a little different but still cool...

Hey Stoenr, The hood looks great! From your inside photos I can see your radar dectector is mounted too low. Escort's instructions say to mount it as high on the windshield as possible for best results. No biggie, just thought I'd mention it.

Looks sweet! I personally like where you put the hood pins. I'm glad you posted those pics, i've been debating getting them for quite a while now.
