I have seen those smoked headlight covers for Mustangs. I have an O4. Should I try them out or not? Too ghetto or okay? Too Rice or not?

Be honest and help me out.

Thanks!!

P.S. I can't find any pics of stangs with them on. Anyone can post some I would love it!

I was wondering if you can remove the headlight cover all togeather...or would holes (where it was) show? i thought without the covers it would look even more retro...

I think they look really good on a black car.

WHat about the MRT ones on the Interceptor? Not black but they look 'smoked' and then supposedly go translucent when you turn on your lights.....

Thinking about them for the DK II... (if they are not a million $$$)

I had them on my '94 GT. I thought they gave it a rather mean look. Check your local and state laws though. Last year I got a ticket (no a fix it either) and it cost me $120.00. The officer said if I got caught again, it would be $800.00 due to "failure to comply". Needles to say, I am NOT getting them for the '05. :nono:

I have them and like them. Fact is they are 50 state illegal at night so I take them off at night and have had no problem with the police. They filter out too mush of the light. They just snap in and you lower hood to lock in place. I think I saw them on e bay.$69 Have you people that do not like them seen them first person or just photos? I am selling my new unused tail light smoke covers.

Well, some like some do not. Actually, they it would only be good for summer when its only dark after 8 p. Also, I am wondering if its a dumb idea given the mods I have made to the taillights and headlights already (sequential tails, HID headlamps) to now cover them up.

Going to have to think about it.
