Just make sure you secure them well to your car...going 100+MPH on the highway could certainly make it interesting...I imagine that they will certainly catch quite a bit of the air flow...

They are the Cervinis. As for airflow the window scoops are open in the front with a grill installed. My body mnan and I were both worried about them catching too much air so we opened up the rear of the scoops to let the air go right through them. So far so good. The scoops have held on nice and tight and there is no wind noise whatsoever from them at 80+mph.

I only had the outside painted on my Cervinis. The inside was taken care of with the CDC blackout panels affixed to the inside of the rear windows. Since these are scoops this was not a problem. I take it that you can see through the louvers when you are inside the car? With the scoops the window is essentially useless so I opted for the blackouts to dress the interior up a little.
