If his H&R's drop it 2" and it's 4" above, wouldn't that mean stock would be 6" above and then as it settles instead of being 3", stock would be 5"?

That would be a good rough estimate. I can't guarantee that it's exactly a 2" drop as advertised. I also know my tire combo is slightly shorter than the stock diameter, so that makes me a bit lower still.

I know someone already posted a list of all the things but I was wondering on that list do I need all of the things on there to make it work? Or could I do w/o some of them, so anyone that has done the conversion can you give me a complete list of everything you used to make your conversion work?

What is the clearance on the Shelby front? Is it worse that stock GT?
Yes. I don't have actual measurements but my floor jack would slide under the GT front end with ease. With the Shelby nose, I have drive onto 1-1/4 inch thick blocks.... my jack barely clears with the blocks.
