I'm going to order my Roush body parts today....Front Fascia Kit, Chin Spoiler, 1/4 Window Louvers, and Rear Fascia Inserts. Still kind of on the fence about the rear inserts...anyone have any opinions? I'm thinking of going with the Street Scene rear valance and not sure about the spoiler. Can anyone photoshop the rear of a black GT with the Roush inserts, SS rear valance and stock spoiler? Hopefully some more options will become available soon. I have to order the Roush parts TODAY, my sister works for a dealership and gets me a discount....but she's putting in her 2 weeks notice on Monday, so I have to ****** these up while I can.

Wow, you are getting the same mustang as I am, (well almost) I ordered a screaming yellow gt, and I am having roush install the front fascia w/ chin spoiler and rear spoiler. I am also installing street scenes rear valance. If anyone can photo shop this car in black and also a lighter color(yellow) so that we could see the lines better would be awesome. I know both Grim and I would both appreciate it.

Neither of you want the hood scoop? The Roush scoop is the nicest one out there, IMO. But congrats on the Roush parts. Your cars will look sweet.

It's not functional though.

Exactly, it's not functional. I liked the ram air hood from the Xenon kit, but I think I read it didn't fit right and had to be modified for install. I'd really like something that is functional. I liked the Steeda hood when I first saw it, but after seeing some of the recent scoops and ram air type hoods...I think I might prefer something in that style. Regardless, I think i'm gonna hold out on the hood for a bit and see what turns up. Hope I can find something soon though....cause I can't get my stripes until I do.

If I understand what you're asking....they're real, least I could swear they were. Guess i'll have to take a better look when I stop by the dealership. I wasn't really concerned with seeing out those windows anyway since I rely on my mirrors.

Quarter window louvers aren't functional either. I got the Roush scoop because it looks cool and gives me the '65 Shelby look I'm going for. You can't make all your mod choices on function alone. You gotta make her look pretty too.

I agree...I don't base everything on functionality. I really would like the hood to be functional though. If I can't find something that is functional as well as aesthetically pleasing....then i'll just settle for the aesthetics.
