Roush Scoop Drill Bit Size

I am planning on installing a Roush hood scoop. The instructions say use a 5mm drill bit. I went to Sears & Home Depot and didn't see any 5mm drill bit. What is the conversion between metric system and the american system?
I could only find drill bit sizes written as..... 1,95 (huh). HELP!

I installed a GTAP scoop on my 05 GT several months ago. I remember checking both Lowes' and Home Depot's drill bit stock and couldn't find exact equivalent to metric sizes, so in some cases I went just under the equivalent. With some people reporting GTAP scoops not fitting flush, I figured going slightly undersize woul result in a tighter install. The install went very smooth and fitment was perfect!

To convert metric to english times it by .03937
example...........
5mm x .03937 = .19685 A little bigger than 3/16(.1875)

Class dismissed.

I'm waiting for my 9mm & 12mm drill bits to come in from a specialty fastner shop. I love all the metic tools we need for out American cars. I'll bet they're cheap too!

As for the number drills, 1-95, An industrial drill bit set consists of your basic fractional drills, plus a set that is sized by letters, and the tiny ones use numbers.

Here is a link for drill sizes and their decimal equivalent.

A chart to hang on the wall should be readily available at that fastener store, or a place that sells industrial tools.

I actually purchased a 3/16 drill bit but the diameter of the bit seems too large for the screws supplied with the roush hood scoop.
