Roush 1/4 Window Louvers

I'll be honest, I hate the body kit but LOVE the louvers. Anyone find them for sale anywhere? I found a site which will let you order but says they are not available... 
I'm also curious how they attach, they have a small flat head hex bolt but I am almost positive I read that you attach a clip to the window via sticky, then attach the louver to the clamp via the hex nut.
