Request info: GT/CS vs GT fascia

For those of you that have done a GT to GT/CS front fascia conversion, or those famililar with these parts:

Is the lower black piece the same on the two (See picture in link below where the fog lights and brake duct is located?

The reason I ask, is that Shelby autos has this piece for sale, and I think it would look good on a Mustang GT. Rather than buy the whole GT/CS front, it would be so much easier to just get the insert and keep the GT fascia (assuming it will work)

No, it isn't the same. That area on a GT/CS fascia is a bit bigger than the one on the GT. Plus, on a GT/CS those little honeycomb fake grille pieces are seperate, whereas on a GT that whole trim piece is one big thing going across the lower opening.
