replacing the side skirts

I want to order the GT side skirts to replace my black rocker panels on my V6. My question is how hard are these things to replace? Also, will I need any extra parts for the install(screws,bolts,etc...)? Any help is appreciated!

Thery're frustrating, but not hard. They are held on by plastic clips.
There's a good How-To in post #9 of this thread:

Check Ebay or other areas for NEW/USED rocker panels off of GTs. Since Cervini and "Bash" have created the side exit exhaust for the GT, some "extra" rocker panels may be floating around.
