?? About Steeda Hood and washer squirters

My hood is at the body shop right now and I was wondering where the squirters get hooked up??

Do they come off of the old hood and get hooked to the tubes???

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Jesse

they are relocated to the wipers, CDC, Fang, and Steeda all relocate to the wipers via a kit that they sell...IMO they should of made a kit that put them on the plastic under the hood but they found it better on the wipers

I don't know why Ford continues to put the windshield washer outlets in the hood. They would look much better if they were just part of the wiper assembly. My 02 Yukon has them in the wipers. They work better and look better. They don't break up the nice look of the hood. Hey, but I still love my Mustang.

Well CDC and Steeda do offer the kit for a good bit of cash to relocate to the wipers and I guess if you it works better then I guess it works better

Yeah I took a closer look at the kit and it is pretty simple, but not the most aesthetically pleasing IMO.

I thought the Steeda hood had provisions for the stock squirters. There are 2 tubes on the hood... I guess I'll have to call Steeda tomorrow
