Removing OEM side skirts

I just ordered pre painted Saleen side skirts for my 06. Can someone give me the 411 on removing the stockers?

Thanks

It's an advertiser on another forum...do a google for "Hardcore Mustangs" I guess it's ok to identify the forum. It's S197forums.com

They were pricy though...750 painted and shipped

I ordered a SSE rear valence painted vista blue from Ernie.... He's a great guy and pleasure to do business with! He can get any body kit and paint all to match. He's got a KILLER special on Cervini's stuff right now......look him up...it's worth it...

I just pulled the stockers off my wife's 06 V6 last weekend and replaced them with painted GT take-offs. It was easy. Just remove the 2 front clips, then remove the 8 push-pins along the bottom. The rest is just pulling the rocker away from the car with short pulls, starting from the front. You will hear the hidden clips releasing as you pull. Sounds like they're breaking, but they aren't. I think there are like 7 hidden clips on each side. The hardest part was removing the 8 lower push-pins, which BTW aren't reuseable, so order some from your local Ford dealership or from KC (05stangkc) at Clevenger Ford, like I did.
