Can anyone post a discription of how to remove the mirrors. Also what tools will I need. Do I need to remove the door panels? How do I do that? If someone has a PDF description it would be great. Thanks

Hey Jason... The mirrors are very simple to remove.... I recently removed both of mine to have them painted... Just pop off the inside (sort of triangular shaped) trim piece using something like an old credit card, plastic putty knife or even a dull butter knife (so you don't scratch any of the plastic trim). Then unplug the wiring harness and remove the three (3) 7/16" nuts w/ attached washers. Be careful not to drop the nuts into the window channel... The mirror will then be loose and can carefully be removed from the car....

Here's a pic of what needs to be removed:

Thnaks Randy for the 411. That's what I was told was one of the ways, just wanted to make sure I didnt mess anything up before I tried it. Also Randy, do you think you might be able to post some pics of your stripes? I want to get some stripes soon, and was thinking white with the silver, but your dark grey looks pretty good to. Also how is your ride like with the 20's being lowered? How much worse than stock is it?

Sweet, Your car looks awesome Really like the Louvers and rims. Also hows the ride with the 20's? Do you scrape going out of driveways with the chin spoiler?

Jason... you do make a sacrifice... Lowering a vehicle does make the ride a bit rougher on bumpy roads but handles better... 20" wheels have a smaller tire profile which in itself makes the ride a bit rougher but IMO look better than a 17" or 18" wheel... The result, a sweet looking ride that handles better than stock on good roads.

I've never scraped my chin spoiler (knock on wood) yet and I have no problems driving up a mechanics car ramp... The chin spoiler itself only hangs less than 1/8" (the thickness of the spoiler) lower than the factory bumper....
