Hi all,

Wondered if there were any modifications out there that allowed you to remove the plastic front headlamp covers, and add a protective lens on just the headlight.

I know the headlights are already vented to the outside air, so being exposed should not hurt them, but to protect against rocks and such, is it possible to mount a protective lens just over the headlight itself.

Would this be feasible, or would it make the lights too hot? Has anyone seen anything like this anywhere for the 2005-2007 models? I would really like to make the headlights look more like the 67 Mustang (see attached).
