Saw this detail item at the car show. How could we do this on ours? What type of paint would stick to the rubber?

They sell paint pens about anywhere. Walmart, hobbie shops ect. Just make sure the surface you are painting is clean. You'll have to go over it a few time, looks good when you take your time. Let it dry good. We do it for special events on our aircraft, lasts a while.

Maybe it's just me but isn't that a sticker? Look closer, you can see edges.

I don't think it stickers, because doesn't Pirelli make a tire w/ yellow writing on it like the Goodyear Eagle tires?

EDIT: sorry, I will not use yellow anymore.
