I had to make the mold myself,then my painter finished it. I cut my BBR bumper cover and went from there,made headlight mold then the rest ,lots of work. the hardest part is after makeing the first side ,getting the other side to look as close as the other.

 

Man Id love to see some pics when its on your car. Is it symetrical? Id love to see some pics. It reminds me somewhat of the foose front end but even better!

No, actually this is a one of kind that me and my body man did. I made the mold for the headlights,cut and attached to the bumper ,but he had to do all the fine detailing.

I did the basics, he did the rest,which was the hard part.








I stoped from this point and he did the rest.well I actually had it a little more futher than that,but you get the idea.

 

wow man thats some custom work there... i like doing this stuff, but im too scared to do it to my own bodywork....

im good with sub boxes and stuff though....

 

The only way to get this to market ,is if a fiberglass manufactor,took my bumper to use as a mold.Plus I had to modify my headlights to accomadate the bumper cover.
